 Yes, I should get rid off these, thanks. They should not however affect the
installation.

 No, the CD itself only boots NetBSD on your PC with named, dhcpd, rpcbind,
nfsd and mountd running (please check if they are really running). Next step
is to connect the cobalt box to the network (in the same segment as your i386)
and to netboot it. The box in turn should find your PC using DHCP, load the
kernel and mount the root over NFS. After that, installation script will be
started on the cobalt box.
