NetBSD/atari 9.0_RC1 TT030 / Milan
At least upgrade installation on TT030 works.

There is something wrong around terminfo or /.profile settings,
so I'll check it later. (needs serial console to see error messages)
Note Milan kernel also works, but there is no installation kernel for it
(MILAN-PCIIDE kernel is larger than 1.44MB).
