It requies /sbin/mount_kernfs in sysinst.fs instead,
but it could be smaller than /sbin/sysctl?

Well, I'm not sure if src/distrib/atari/floppies/prepare
is still necessary..
(I don't know in which case it's used and I have never tried it)
