migrate to common m68k/pmap_motorola.c

Hi,

Recently NetBSD/amiga has finally been switched to using
common m68k pmap_motorola.c rather than its own amiga/pmap.c:

I'd also like to switch NetBSD/atari to using the common pmap_motorola.c
(so that we no longer have to pull changes from MI pmap as we did recently),
but I'd call for testers before commiting the change and
I've put -current kernels with the common pmap_motorola.c here:

Both local and common pmaps should also have the same functions and
