Hi,
the sequel:

Nop, the only things I could do was label/partition. Then, when the prog
tried to install the sets, it prompted that the root partition was mounted
only in read-only access.

> How did you boot? What root device? Can you give the _exact_ error
message?

I booted under TOS, with no other prog launched, but I can't give you the
exact message 'cause I forgot the files :-(
I am trying to install it on a 1.6Mo IDE drive, using hddriver to format
(and sometimes partition) the disk (1.6 is too big for ahdi as I know)

> What _core_????

When I said core, I was meaning the essential files (kernel...). Scuse for
the mistake (I'm just a Frenchie after all)

Well, thanks for the previous (and I hope the next) answers,

Olivier
