The deeper reason for this is that xcomp can be shared with other m68k
ports. As the atari X servers are more like the i368 servers, in fact
the XF68_SVGA and XF68_W32 servers are portings from the i386 and uses
most of the originate code, and the other m68k servers don't support
xf86dga I think it is the best to pack this library in the server set.
