I tried "-s -S 4194304" as you suggested, and it still panics in
exactly the same way.  Other things I tried earlier in the weekend
include:

-s
-S 2097152
-S 4194304
-T 4194304

None of these seem to make a difference.  I think the detection is
working OK -- with "-D -w -t" the memory sizes look correct, and cpu
type is 8 which also looks right.

Is there anything else I should try?
