Leo,
It's nice to know that the TT030 has not been totally
forgotten and that's there's a few folks like you around that can
appreciate the 680x0 platforms. I'm just new to UNIX and BSD so
I'm trying to come up to speed on it. I have programming experience
with the old FLEX/6809, OS-9/6809 and OS-9/68000 operating systems.
I just recently installed NetBSD on my Atari TT and it does
work quite well indeed (V1.2), unfortunately I'm still having some
trouble getting the boot to work correctly. I copied your new
"installboot" in the /usr/medc directory and ran it, but, when the
system is restarted, it comes up with boot options to enter and
anything I type just simply does not work. I have read many of the
messages in the mail section and have not come across this there.
My TT only has 4Meg of memory. I have the smallest kernel on my
floppy boot disk. Thanx Leo.
