All `top' programs I tried on my falcon (amiga binary from
`ftp.uni-regensburg.de', self compilled versions 3.3 and 3.4b2) work
principally fine, but all show relative (W)CPU usages of far more than
100%!?

How is that possible? Can anybody confirm this?
