Yeah, I probably was confused by Ultrix needing an explicit "modem" in
/etc/ttys to recognize DTR/DCD correctly while this is the default
under NetBSD (and "mdmbuf" sounds somewhat similiar to "modem"...).

(What is ``MiNT?'' ;)
