Hi,

	I have created a directory "utils" (not "tools", to conform to the
other ports) in "arch/atari". This directory contains the "rawwrite" utility
that can be used to create the floppies from the images while running TOS.
I have also made the utilities on the bootfloppy (loadbsd and chg_pid)
available there.
