Greetings All Standholders
I will publishing onto the website, as soon as possible, a version of the
floor plan indicating where each stall holder will be situated.

This is intended to be an INTERACTIVE plan, and I would therefore
appreciate a LOGO
(and implicitly: Copyright permission to use promotionally or link to it)

and CONTACT EMAIL

and / or
 WEBPAGE address
from each of you.

(Please also advise us if a more approriate email address is available for
these communications)

For the Stallholders bringing their own stands (in the centre section)
(Cerilica, RiscStation and Castle) - could you please confirm the shape
and orientation of your stand so that we can adjust the centre layout to
ensure optimum access for staff and the other stallholders etc.

I can be contacted via email: Phil@fillin.co.uk
  Mobile Phone / SMS: +44 (0) 780 307 7943

THEATRE FACILITIES:
==================
The Theatre facilities being provided by Fillin Ltd currently proposed are:

Audio: Radio Microphones operating in VHF, and cabled.

Projection of Computer Output (Native Resolution 1024x768) by DLP Projector
(NOTE: The Computer YOU USE is your own, and NOT SUPPLIED BY US, thus
avoiding software problems)

Projection of Video Output of Presenter (Video Resolution by older CRT
projector) with possible additional monitors (20") located towards the
rear.
A small 9" monitor for the presenter to see what is on the video screen.

A (Waterproof) Camera head on long lead for handheld use by the presenter
to demonstrate equipment in close up (hence the small monitor 8-) )

(An additional Camera, possibly on a Jib depending on your requests)

DVD(+RW) Play in facility of PREVIOUSLY SUPPLIED video material ....

For Example: Do you wish to include some pictures of your production line
or test equipment, some demonstration that cannot be practically recreated
in Guildford in the short time available

A Picture of your Premises?
Your Logo and Address Details? (for use at the beginning/end of your
presentation, and in the theatre timetable*)

(* a rolling presentation may be provided to the entry queue etc)

Please contact me with your proposals/requests:
===============================================
Material for inclusion should be received by MID OCTOBER for final editing
and transfer to DVD for playout.

Suitable Formats are DV Video (Mini or Large Cassette, NOT Medium Size)
                 and DVD
For Still Pictures: JPEGs via email
Please ensure that they are appropriate for use at VIDEO resolution!!

It has been suggested that companies such as SIMTEC (for example), who do
not have a stand themselves, might be interested in such a theatre
presentation opportunity - please forward this email to any such company,
asking them to contact John and myself.

The facilities above are being provided courtesy of Fillin Ltd in order to
benefit the event (and promote Fillin Limited's Economical but
Professional Video Facilities to potential School and other potential
users)

SHOULD YOU REQUIRE Fillin Ltd to come on site and record the material on
your behalf, then this would incur costs, to recover expenses, of course.
(And limited time availablility before mid October)

However, telephone / email guidance on providing suitable material
(basically WELL-LIT, STEADY SHOTS) yourselves, SUPPLIED IN GOOD TIME; that
we can then tidy-up by editing together for you, will not incur additional
costs; thus sustaining the spirit of cost-effectiveness with which we
(SASAUG/Fillin Ltd) are organising the show.

regards
