My understanding is that Kppp should work on NetBSD as well, though of
course you'd need to get KDE installed first, which is probably more
effort than configuring PPP by hand.

Heh.  Any documentation that there is is either on the NetBSD Web site or
installed with the system (or, in the case of manual pages, both).

This is more-or-less normal.  One copy was sent directly to you, and the
other to the list (of which you're presumably a member).  You did the same
with your reply.

If you just want replies to go to the list, you can set the reply-to
header in your messages to just point to the list, and that will have the
right effect.
