my co-worker just dropped eight(!) 8-bit ISA ethernet boards off at my
desk.  they all use the SEEQ 8005 chip, and it looks like some sort of
support already exists in the arm32 port's ea device.  linux supports
these boards.  these might be useful to help write an MI SEEQ 8005
driver.  ;)
