Which bootloader should I be using with the latest 1.5.1_BETA2 snapshot
that is on ftp.netbsd.org?

The new one barfs completely on the install kernel, but does manage to get
as far as 'starting kernel in 5..4..3..2..1..start!' with the GENERIC
kernel but then attempts to beep and hangs before the kernel outputs
anything.

The old one appears to work.

On another note, I don't seem to be able to find a way to get UnixFS to
work with a 2nd IDE disc without putting a RISC OS partition on it. Is
this correct, or have I missed something?

The documentation on how to prepare a RiscPC for installation is severely
lacking.
