It's all in the tree under lib/libc/arch/arm.  If you delete
lib/libc/arch/arm32, the Makefile will automatically fall back to using
lib/libc/arch/arm instead.  Doing a "make depend" to ensure the .depend
file keeps up is probably a good idea.
