Pfah.  Switching to APCS-32 breaks binary compatibility anyway.  Changing
FP format is trivial by comparison.  Anyway, this is why I wanted to get
us all using the same ABI _before_ we got ELF shared libraries working.

We should do whatever VFP does, which I think is to follow the target's
endianness.
