Does anyone know who the port-arm32-owner is, or where the mails go to?

The reason I ask is that in moving my email address I'm still not 
unsubscribed from the old one, the last message I had said that the 
port-arm32-owner had been informed (that was after I sent back the one with 
the auth key in it), but that's over a week ago.  (and I'm getting sick of 
having 2 copies of the same email)
