No, it's not a joke.  Mozilla works now.  There's a binary pkg at:

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/1.5/arm32/www/mozilla-0.m18.tgz

NOTE: It is absolutely REQUIRED that you update ld.so with a change I
checked in this morning, or Mozilla will NOT work.
