Hmm - given the userland issues I'm a little wary about making
this change so close to a release.
	I'm added
 	    makeoptions COPTS="-O2 -march=strongarm -mtune=strongarm"
	to -current.

What do people think - if we get another 'aye' I'll ask for a
	pullup?
