	If they do not have the RiscPC memory controller limitations
	then I would expect they should have
		COPTS="-O2 -march=strongarm -mtune=strongarm"
	otherwise
		COPTS="-O2 -march=armv3m -mtune=strongarm"

	Could people with CATS and EBSA285 boards test this?
	(tech-toolchain dropped from the cc)
