Unfortunately, I think you'll have to call around and hope to find someone
who has a copy in stock. I tried to order more a few weeks ago and got word
that the publisher had stopped printing the current batch, with no word
expected on the next batch.

Try technical bookstores -- they might have higher odds.

Does anyone know where copies of this can be had?

Amazon is listing it as "The publisher is out of stock."  The publisher,
Prentice-Hall, doesn't seem to list it in their catalog.
