Config one of the install kernels and build it. Then goto /usr/src/distrib/
arm32/ramdisk and do a make. This will generate the ramdisk image for the 
install kernel as ramdisk-15_ALPHA.fs. You then need to use mdsetimage to bind 
the ramdisk to the kernel. This worked fine for me with 1.5ALPHA sources from 
a couple of weeks ago.
