The NetGear FS108 and FS524 can be configured with switches on the 
back of the device on a per-port basis to do FDX without Nway 
negotiation.

The Shark can be configured to do FDX with ifconfig(8). The CS8900 
Ethernet I/F does not speak Nway negotiation.

I have my three sharks connected to an FS524, with their ports 
manually configured to do FDX, and the NetBSD configuration also set 
to do FDX after boot (I've never taken the time to fiddle the OF to 
set that on).

It works for me.
