That's right, you are not compiling Netscape by running that from pkgsrc,
you are simply setting it up under Linux emulation.

On a reasonable spec ARM machine you could use kfm (the active file
manager) from KDE 1.1.2. KDE is probably not worth the wait on a RiscPC
(is anything more complex than fvwm worth the wait?), but you don't have
to run the whole environment; you could just run kfm itself.
