port-arm32: floating point on 1.4.2?

Hi all,

I've got a rather odd scenario - I just blew away my disk and untarred a
stock 1.4.2 distribution for arm32 for use on my CATS board. But lots of
stuff is bombing with floating point exceptions now - pretty much everything
in /usr/bin actually. I thought this used to work though. Has anyone else
seen this?
