Well 1.4 has the required support for the simtec ide card. Have you 
downloaded the RISCOS 4 bootloader? It is different from the normal 
one. You may need to e-mail Dave Daniels <davedan@arcade.demon.co.uk> 
as the updated loader may not have made it to the NetBSD FTP site.
