I've uploaded another arm26 snapshot kernel to chiark.  It's available

Notable changes from the last version:
 - root on et (Ether1) devices now works
 - rasops1 and rasops2 are compiled in, but don't work properly (boot in
     mode 0 and see!)
 - There's detection (but not use) of IOEBs and Unix Backplanes
 - pre-emptive multi-tasking works, and init tests it
