Hi,

after trying to build a cross-compiler and doing a make clean, I had
to notice that my pthread.h was gone. My mistake.
But I can't get it back, it doesn't seem to be inside the last
snapshot, nor a 'make build' helps..

Could someone out there enlighten me ? What is it good for, and where
does it hide or where to get it ?
