Some MAKEDEV scripts for the other arch are also broken,
so I will fix them all.

(BTW, "control unit device" should be named like `md0ctl'
 rather than `md0c', which is used as a partition name?)

mfs can be used as only ffs. md can be used for
any filesystem type, like msdosfs.
