Hi,
  The first thing would be to work out how to boot some arbitary code
first. This is going to require some sort of boot loader and thus will
also require a psion devel environment to compile it. Once arbitary code
can be booted someone could start of getting a kernel running.
The core CPU is already supported so it becomes a problem of bootstrap,
core I/O + interrupts and device drivers.

If anyone has any info that would help post it to this list.
