Due to the overwhelming demand (from one lazy person :-), I've updated
the NetBSD audio/mpg123 pacakge with the fixed-point changes.  Output
is identical on i386, so I haven't buggered up the floating point stuff
either.

I'm curious to how any of the non-strongarm (or armv4 more-technically
I guess) CPUs perform - it should just be a matter of playing with the
options in the netbsd-arm32 Makefile entry after typing "make patch".
