Long ago now I purchased a Cumana SCSI interface and a 4.3GB disc
for use on my SA RPC, reserving a GB or so for the use of BSD.
Despite a number of attempts I could never get it installed: none
of the installation kernels I could find would talk to my SCSI card.

I'm now about to upgrade to RO4, installing a 15GB IDE disc at the same
time.

Can be BSD now use the Cumana card? I'd happily give it the entire 4.3GB
disc. Will it work at a sensible speed, or would I be better off giving
it a partition on my new IDE disc?

If I use the IDE disc, how much space should I allow?
