I don't think you can.

The part used on the SIIG card is not a standard PCI IDE controller (doesn't
even report itself that way in PCI config space) and I've been unsuccessful
in obtaining documentation for it.  You don't want that card.

Do you have any reason to think the Promise Ultra 66 card won't work with
your motherboard or drives?  I know it's a bit more expensive.
