Hi all,

Did anybody noticed that the load-average of NetBSD/arm32 on a RiscPC 700
as reported by `who' never really goes below 0.08 ? `vmstat' usually
reports about 1% usage when asked dynamically. Other systems line SunSLC
running SunOS easily report 0.00.

Can anybody tell me the relation between these figures? I guess it's just
a matter of definition... since `top' van `systat' also report different
values :-(... so what's the most accurate method to check what's cunsuming
the computers processor-power, including device-drivers ?
