Yes; he said he would try to figure out a `better API' for accessing the
video h/w (see mail on another list).  Nothing yet that I've heard, and this
was back in July, unfortunately.

Think "cvs co at that date, apply, and cvs update".  8-)

In any case, I am not hedging bets for the Shark stuff for 1.4, but will try
to get it in for a "new build" of arm32 X sets at a later date.
