Hello Mark

The 990406 RISCPC 1.4 ALPHA kernel crashes during boot-up. This kernel is
identified by:

	NetBSD 1.4_ALPHA (RISCPC) #1: Mon Apr 5 15:21:00 PDT 1999

	root@oreo1.devlab.nc.com:/home/oreo1/snapshots/19990404/src/sys/
	arch/arm32/compile/RISCPC

It crashes after it has printed the wd0 probing messages but before it prints
the wd1 probing messages. The messages it prints are:

	panic: Prefetch abort in non_USR mode (frame = 0xf01aa9e8)

	stopped in at 0xf0148090: ldmb r11, {r11, r13, r15}

	db>  console_kbd = 0

The debugger does not respond to any keyboard input. The only thing it
responds to is the reset button.

I have tried to build a kernel from the latest sup (990410) but this does
have the same behaviour. I must confess that I haven't installed the 1.4
snapshot sets but are still using the 990317 snapshot (except for the
kernel that is).
