Hello everybody!

Is anybody currently maintaining the FAQ?
I think it should be reactivated, just like the installation guide that was
written by some people, mainly Kjetil B. Thomassen. This should be brought up
to date. But no matter if it is completely up to date it should be used for
the 1.3.3 release of NetBSD/arm32. Otherwise, a newbie has no chance to get
it installed without the instructions in this guide. On a RiscPC at least,
I'm not sure if there are instructions for the other machines.
