Hello,

I've disabled the few IEEE fp regression tests we offer for the ARM32.
At least, we don't provide the rounding bits and exception logic IEEE demands.

In case anybody fixes this (do we do IEEE compatible floating point emulation
at all?), feel free to reenable them (in regress/lib/libc/Makefile).
