I have noticed that my CATS box appears to steadily lose time compared to my
two i386 boxes.

Does it have something to do with the SA110 being jumpered at 228 Mhz instead
of 233 Mhz (and why is that, pray tell) ?

Perhaps clock interrupts are being lost when I do certain things?

If it only lost a few seconds a day I wouldn't care. But it seems to lose
quite a few minutes per day -- and it also seems to ignore all the time that
it is not running NetBSD but is just sitting at the firmware boot prompt.
