aah.. I was assuming the jump was to outside of the process' memory area 
entirely.

umm... sorry to ask an FAQ, but, having wandered aimlessly about in netbsd.org 
on several occasions, I can't find anything resembling a full distribution, so 
can someone point me at the best place to get my hands on a RiscPC version of 
1.3 (or whatever's latest)? I tried looking at the "snapshot" that Mark 
mentioned whatever that is, but I can't believe that it is big enough to 
constitute a full distribution (is it an update or something?). I'm upgrading a 
sort of 1.2 system but to be honest it's knackered and I'm using Solaris x86 on 
a DX4/100 at present...
