Hi,
  Yes it is. There are a couple of jumpers that are used to route either
the diagnostic serial port or com2 out to the second 9 pin D connector.
The jumpers basically control the routing of the Tx and Rx signals.
If the jumpers are set for com2 then the the diag serial Rx and TX should
be accessable as the unconnected pins on these jumpers. Given that the
diag serial only has Tx and Rx and no handshaking this should not be too
difficult to break out to a third connector.
