As I said, its NCI's version and so is part of NCI's Desktop for the NC (i.e.
you need to pay for it :)

Actually NS from 3.02 onwards has been avaliable on the Shark within NCI, the
arm32 port isnt that difficult (it was easier in the Netscape code base than
the mozilla code base strangely enough!).
