Well found!. I do indeed have it there. I made /etc/ld.so.conf
contain the following:
/usr/X11R6.3/lib
and bit worked then.

However, now I have the following two problems. XDM fails with the
following xdm-errors file:

Couldn't open RGB_DB '/usr/X11R6.3/lib/X11/rgb'
Initial console: 0

The RGB_DB file is not there, how do I make that?.

THe font path is there, as is the font.dir and font.scale files. What's
up with that?.
