That's why I didn't respond to Jasper's original posting.  I bought
the 1.3 alpha CD last November, but I've never managed to get RiscBSD
installed.

Maybe the kernels on it don't like my Cumana SCSI card (I think that's
the problem), or maybe the instructions on it aren't proof against this
particular idiot, or maybe...

I, too, am in the position that I'd buy another CD if someone would
guarantee that it would work, but it hardly seems reasonable to expect
Jasper to give such a guarantee.
