Cool! I hope that you notice swapping/paging out is now (I think)
completely stable, and that mmap()ed file access is up 40% :)

On the subject, I've got a new pmap/other stuff here which cuts page-in
system time by 50% and fork/exec time by 50%. Ie shell scripts run
faster and binaries load quicker. Tks to Chuck and CGD for suggestions,
and Mark for writing the code I hacked around :) I'll clean this up, try
and squeeze more cycles out, then feed back to Mark for integration.
