If you've downloaded the snapshot, please get the replacement libgcc.a
available at:
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/arm32/DNARD/snapshot/libgcc.a
The old one did not correctly support C++ programs due to some weak symbol
breakage (which I'm looking into). This one will eliminate the
___builtin_new, ___builtin_delete errors.
