There's a distrib/sets format snapshot of NetBSD-current/arm32 now available
for DNARD (Shark) users at: 

    ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/arm32/DNARD/snapshot/

The kernels there are very much Shark-specific, though it is likely that the
userland binaries will work fine on all other arm32 platforms.  Non-Shark
users, it's at your own risk, but if you try the snapshot and succeed, I
would like to know.

There is no X snapshot:  I haven't yet merged the XFree86 diffs with
NetBSD's `xsrc'.
