The assembler and linker sources that NetBSD/arm32 uses are on the RiscBSD
ftp site.
You will also find them in the sources subdirectory in the
NetBSD 1.3 arm32 release directory on ftp.netbsd.org

i.e.
ftp.netbsd.org:/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.3/arm32/source/
