Hi,

is it possible that the virtual memory managment system in NetBSD v1.3 is
totaly broken ? Always if the system should start to swap it gets freezed,
but no swaping is started. I noticed this as I tried to render a large
bitmap and had in another xterm top running. Top reported no swap memory
usage as the available memory has been gone to zero and at the same
moment the system was freezed. I have 32MB fitted into my machine.
